Hey there, i hope you all have a nice time in your life but i would like to adress that some old champions like Veigar, Annie, Pantheon, etc need a rework more than ever since their playstyle is very off-dated, if new champions have a sh*t ton amounts of skillshots you can't have champions like Veigar who stuck and they can literally point and click their ultimate on a squishy target and one shot it..

Riot created predator which is amazing for annie to gap close. Veigar is perfectly fine where he is at, but pantheon is really hurting because every champ can pretty much use a dash to escape his ult
Yeah, i mean the could get skillshots instead of point and click abilities, that's my point, not that they are op or something, but imagine playing adc and Veigar or Annie flash, they press R and then zhonyas.. That's pretty shit, because it's like every team fight will end up being a 4v5
Panth yes, Veig and Annie no.
Annie is a champ made for new players to learn, so she needs to stick how she is and honestly she's fine. She has very low mobility, small range, and can be jumped on in an instant. She trades off that for insane damage and CC.
Veigar, he's mostly fine. I would prefer a cap on his passive though.
