The passive should not be disabled at 350 gold. It should reset and start again.

just give it the bandit passive. people had been building support items in solo lanes for the gp10 and bandit passives until the recent changes to the items.
why dont they just put bandit on cull instead of the 300 gold?
another option would be to have it transform into a longsword at 100 gold off its passive.
