Early on his q does about 50% bonus ad on each attack. As for draven players I don't know how to maintain him both balanced and worthwhile to play but I hope riot at least does something about him, for now hes broken and I will continue to ban him until he is fixed.

next thing is that draven needs lead to exist, if he is not much ahead of your team, he will get focused and nuked
dravens purpose is to butcher you early and use this lead to be usefull late because his playstyle is realy punishable and has high skill cap, so its something for something
