if someone is wondering what this post about, im gonna try to clarify it to be more easy and clear.

[ i didn't play since 4 months ~ 1 year ] did someone get to hear this before? i want to feel i deserved to lose cause enemy have good players, good combos, played well, and they were even better during the game.

Now since league has introduced a new level system and opened level 30+ can we get the use of this? i believe that if you get to know whats up with the last few changes and played some few games with it, there is no doubt that you will be in touch.
