Can you buff Vlad?

Provides nothing to the team all game long.

This champion is gated with ridiculously long cooldowns even with 45% CDR.

How exactly do you expect me to use all sides of my E when building full glass cannon?

This champions should be an AP Bruiser, but no, you guys decided it would be better to change Vlad completely into this stupid build full AP and provide nothing to your team unless you one shot someone with all your abilities, Flash and Protobelt.

If Vlad did a lot of damage like you guys complain about, he wouldn’t require to use all this abilities, Flash, Zhonyas and Protobelt just to one shot one target in the late game.

Revert Vladimir back to the bruiser, drain tank build. I don’t wanna play this build AP Vlad and be useless all game.
