FFS, can we at least have a solo queue for norms option

After having premades ruining my experience in ranked (not competitive balance due to matchmaking); I'm now back to try and play norms for some fun. The toxic and uncooperative behavior of premades is what caused me to not play norms in the first place. Yes, I said it. Premades ruin the game for people not in their group. I just left a game (never do) to get away from a JG and Mid duo. I didn't even leave a game where I was shit talked the whole game due harassment from "being carried" as Rumble top. In that particular game I went 7/4/10 with the most champ damage in the game.

With losing out to any fun from this game, the little enjoyment I have had has been from some of the RGM's. Looks like I've become a casual in a game I've loved but I don't even see that lasting much longer.
