Does the 20% heal/shield power stack with 10% heal/shield power?

I've been wondering for awhile now about the unique passive of Mikeal's Crucible. I remember Riot saying that the passive stacked with other items at some point in the game. But since the passive is unique now and they changed it a little bit does it still stack. The power of the passive went up to 20% on Mikeal's but the other items that have that same passive is only at 10%. So does the 20% stack with the 10% since the unique passives are a little bit different? Would really like to know since I don't want to be buying items with passives that don't stack with each other.

Update: It seems the consensus is that because the unique passive is not named the passive stacks, it's only when the unique passive is named that the passive does not stack. Thanks for answering my question and have a good one on the Fields of Justice.
