Manamune, the item that can deal serious damage as long as you have mana spare, but is this item useful? for the stat, it gives it don't show much damage, which is sad considering that this item is under shined item in the early game, this item cant do much when you build it, but late game when the item evolves it becomes one of the good on a lot of on-hit champions, like Jax Master Yi, Kayle and Ezreal. there a problem though, due to how the game works now, the only works for Ezreal really well due to his ability to CS and usage of mana from a safe range, while the other champions don't have safe range nor a way to consistently use mana. The Recent buff was more than understandable, but it wasn't enough to get other champions to favor it, especially buisers and Yi and kayle. so your asking now "okey how would we make it better?" i say good question, adc Ezreal shouldnt get a buf with the item, however you can make it? take as choose, to fix it "If your a Melee champion, instead of one charge being use in AA or mana, for mage, if double starch champion that a

One thing you should think about: Muramana is - thanks to its Mana and the on-hit damage - more about sustained damage over long periods of time. Melees however are much more about going all-in, especially in ranged matchups. I think it's just the whole design that makes it unattractive to melee champions. Ranged champions however don't need that much mana. Marksman or specialists like Kayle have their main damage tied to basic attacks that have basically no mana costs. Ezreals really special from his design, because it embraces that "skillshot-autoattack" fantasy that however costs mana. It's the uniqueness of ezreals design that makes him the only one who can make use of muraman/manamune.
