The amount of times I've had to build that on Kha because the adc is copy pasting a mobafire build is frustratingly high.

I've had to build Executioner's Calling on Jungle Rammus when my team had three AD champions because nobody else would build it.

Thankfully, the game didn't progress to the point I had to sell it (since Mortal Reminder would be horribly inefficient on Rammus).

You do realize armor pen isn't calculated that way right? Reduction would be calculated first then you would get the % penetration based on multiplication starting with the greatest one. I'm taking the assumption that bonus and base armor are the same here since the 7% is for total armor vs 45% being the bonus armor but assuming the 45% was from the base armor + bonus like the rest you'd be looking at a something closer to 64% armor pen at 5 stacks.

Considering that base armor isn't calculated in the 45% it would actually turn out to be less too.... Complication becomes more complicated and varies by champion total armor at that point though.

That isn't how armor penetration/reduction effects stack.

They aren't additive.

Umm... no? Since BORK only gives 25 AD and BT gives Triple that? And I might go MR if I'm up against a healer, but if I'm fighting 3 tanks (one top, one jungle, one support), LDK all the way. IDGAF if one of them is DrMundo

Why are you getting AS on Jhin? It doesn't really affect his reload speed.

Actually the three I build BORK on are Twitch, Vayne, and Kalista. I never take BORK on Jhin.

45% bonus armor pen - meaning until people actually buy armor you're not getting your money's worth and you typically will be doing less damage than the opposing ADC and then be blamed by your team that your damage was not high enough in that mid game team fight.

Dear non ADC player, help me out by using ignite. Having ignite as an ADC is usually suicide and other lanes have a lot more flexibility in taking it considering you aren't always being focused down. Executioner's is also not only limited to the ADC and there's also this item called Morello's that's actually viable on a lot of mages as a first item :)

Okay, IF there's a healer support (unlikely, considering tank supports seem to be having a higher win-rate right now; we'll see how it goes after the Relic Shield nerfs), and IF my lane is struggling due to said healer support, THEN I'll rush item 3123 , and we'll see how things go from there. But you have to understand that Armor Pen items are highly situational. item 3033 and item 3036 aren't required ADC items, anymore. I like my lifesteal, and a item 3031 item 3508 item 3006 item 3085 item 3094 doesn't leave much room for anything other than a item 3072 or if I'm really afraid of the AP assassin over there, item 3156 . Or I might want some AS, Movement, and CDR with my armor pen, and go item 3142 , because I'm a crazy bastard or I'm playing Twitch . Or both.
