@riot Make a mastery point limit for ranked champions

Today I had like 6 players play a champion they never played before in ranked. And its really getting annoying when this happens. And its nearly always a automatic win for the enemy team because in this trash elo (Bronze-Gold) no one knows how to just sit back and farm. Since you made it so feeders and trolls can just mute pings, which was a horrible idea from the get go since we can make them suffer for what they are doing, Can you make everyones lives in ranked so much easier and make it so no one can pick a first time champion in ranked. IDGAF what the mastery point goal is just make it so you have to practice the champ in normal or atleast aram before taking it into ranked.
