Singed Needs LOVE

He has one of the lowest playrates which is about 1.3% To be honest I dont play him much often too, I used to play him because he was fun but right now the fun is just replaced with frustration. So many champs have high mobility, dashes and slows. it is impossible to even do damage as Singed. For being a tank, Singed is really squishy when you are forced to build RoA and tear to not run out of mana. The thing that counters him is just running away from him which everyone can do pre 6. His mana costs on his abilities are way to high and cds. his slow barely slows anyone, does no dmg and costs 70 mana at lvl1! While fling costs as much as ekko's chronobreak which 100 mana at lvl1. His ult costs 150 mana and it is a self steroid and barely game changing ultimate. There is a lot more but I am just too tired.

Also Im just venting. really mad that I cant play singed because I get countered by 80% of the champion roster. The only thing fun right now is go Mid Singed just to counter assasins like Zed, Yas and fizz

Actually Singed is really tanky.

But yeah, he could use some buffs, or changes to his kit actually like a mini rework Ryze they gonna do soon.

Make his Q be a perma slow if you're in it, nothing too big like a Nasus slow or anything, but a slow none the less. Get rid of the W altogether and give him a knock back. For his fling on his E, give him the fling+ another slow.

Singed doesn't have to build ROA and tear. Although they sync with his passive they make him very weak in lane (which he already is). Most Singeds that I see just back more often and rush Rylais, barely using W and E.

don't build roa or tear. get the potion thingy. get the ring. sustain. get rylais into liandries an then go abyssal then dead mans and more armor or mr depending on situation.
