Yea promoting toxic behavior like that by camping...he's not a hero. He helped ruin your enemy teammates game and if it was ranked, cost them LP. Not a fair game.
Edit: I am appalled at how many downvotes here, and this speaks to me that a lot of people actually support this type of gameplay. You all should be ashamed of yourselves.
