If you are planning to buy a skin for a champ you like....dont. there is no point of wasting your money on a champ since riot just do random changes to all champs anyway.....one year its the champ you love next year its not even the same champ anymore

Soraka was changed because Riot thought she shouldn't be solo'ing or something, but now she actually still can solo, just harder in a sense but easier in others.
