i don't have an access to PBE so i want your opinion guys, is she viable with the new kit?can she played mid now?what's the best build for her?

she's viable but a bit difficult to play in grouped teamfights . Her passive and q allow you to slowly widdle down the enemy health in lane. She could always be played mid. I think it's tri/hydra and tank items

Yes. Even if there are numerical problems (and there probably aren't), there is nothing holding her back from getting buffs.
can she played mid now?
Maybe, but not to great effect. Her lack of waveclear will still limit her there, and she does well with more room to move around and get her procs off. It can still work if she has the right opponent, but it's going to be situational. Top lane will generally suit her better.
what's the best build for her?
CDR and large amounts of AD with a little bit of tankiness. She does large amounts of AD-scaling true damage, so armor penetration is a secondary stat at best. Her Q and W are very important for her to have available, and both enable her use of the passive procs, so she'll need CDR. Her base values are not amazing, so she can't build multiple tank items easily. The %health true damage won't do much without AD backing it up. She'll rely more on the high mobility her Q gives her, the healing field and her riposte to stay alive. You'll see people going for heavily tanky builds when she releases. They'll stop trying after a patch or two.
