everybody is talking about morde,poppy,taric... but no one brought morg up,i think she is in such a bad shape visually (that dress and those wings!!). So are we having her VU/MTU any time soon or she's still in early stages?
Oh she's in terrible shape, no doubt. We have some concepts lying around but I think there might be a wider discussion needed in terms of story with her. We might want to shore up whatever the deal is with her and Kayle before going balls to the wall. That said, from just an asset standpoint, we're chomping at the bit to get a VU for her going, but nothing in the immediate pipeline is planned.
Not just dress and wings, her entire model is way worse than the ones that's been mentioned, her skin is green color! And hair is saturated purple, And her arms look like two bones, and her animations are so simple. And she didn't get even a texture rebalance :(
They already talked about morganna earlier, wish I could show you the thread but I have no idea where it is, not even sure if it was on these forums or the old ones.
But basically, Morganna needs a new everything; rig, animations, model, texture for every single one of her skins. She's not a low hanging fruit, and at the same time there are worse looking models (she at least doesn't have pizza feet), so it could be a while.
They said they want to do her and Kayle at the same time so it'll be a bit off before we get it.

Actually Ironstylus already said that they will be doing a VU for 
I don't know when, and I don't know the order, but the pipeline for this crap takes time. Go ask any game designer, or someone that has worked with a game design team on any game just how long these things take and then complain about the amount of time it takes. LoL uses very simple models due to the distance at which they are viewed, so they can get away with a lot more than other types of games like 3rd person shooters, but that doesn't make the modeling process much easier.
Patience is a virtue and patience is needed if you want quality updates.
She needs one badly, but I think at least Taric should have priority over her vu, considering he's just about 8bit.
I honestly thought they'd do a VU since they were making the Victorious skin. I was thinking surely they wouldn't do a Victorious skin with that ugly old model. :S
