When was the last Teemo nerf?
Seriously was it recent and I missed it or has he not been nerfed it a while. (I don't dislike Teemo at all nor do I like him)(he isn't a bother to me like some champs).

They can't buff him until they give him gameplay update
Need to focus on being poison assassin and drop the "swift scout" thing all together since quinn does that 100x better.
