Regarding Yasuo's windwall

As a standalone ability, its great and its powerful, even with its cooldown, here's the thing though, thanks to coding, its too powerful. Braum ult, Poppy ult, Naut R, Taliyah R and now add to the list, Ornn's R. Things that, thematically, a barrier of high density wind would do absolutely nothing to, it eats them all because they are coded as "projectiles." Did you know that the wind wall will also block Tagon brace-line charges, the health return on raka's Q and even Lee Sins second activation of E. For a lot of things, I understand why wind wall works the way it does, but for some reason, RIOT doesn't want to do the work to make these things correct. I know that this is a can of worms being opened, but really, you know that for this instance, it should be Theme>Code.

I don't understand why it's so complicated to change? Just change in code current class projectile and split it to projectile1 and projectile2. 1 is blockable, 2 is not. The only work here is that you have to go through all projectiles in game, but give it to 3 programmers and it will be done in what? 2 days?
