Buying JUST boxes/keys

I've always wondered why they haven't done an option to buy chests/keys in bulk with bonuses. I have 11 full keys, but cant pick up a chest to save my life, but I have a friend who never has less then five chests at a time in his loot. I kinda see it as a missed opportunity.
