Galio in URF

Hey RIOT, today I would like to speak about the champion Galio's gameplay in ultra rapid fire. This past rotating game mode queue, URF came back once more however the first thing I noticed were the changes to Galio. As a level 5 Galio, I would really like to say that Galio is a viable and popular champion however I'm not gonna kid myself, he just isn't. Getting straight to the point, I would like to inquire as to why you so severely nerfed Galio in URF. Isn't URF that one special and short lived game mode where you just forget about balance and just go wild?

P.S. That op heal on his W is countered by grievous wounds and other heal reducing debuffs, so yes, counter play did already exist before!

It is, kinda. Galio used to just walk into your team and never die. Kass got nerfed too. His ult is a 1 sec cd at rank 3 instead of 0.4. hec, ez, sona, etc got nerfed as well. It feels horrible to fight these champs in urf, hence the nerfs. Urf is supposed to be fun, not about getting perma cc'd by ali while galio face tanks your team and towers forever.

Ok, lets be real here. Even with all of the shitty changes they made in 2015, people are still constantly complaining about "OP" champs, like Zed and Ekko. No matter what changes they make, people will always complain about "OP" champs.

Xin needs this treatment badly in this mode. As well as Garen & Alistar.. among others. I want riot to give them the Yasuo treatment I like to call it.

Alistar already got a pretty big nerf. He can't perma CC you anymore like he did in 2014.

It's mainly his burst scaling with ap. Far too much for a tank. Worst too when his ulti can make him really tanky as he builds ap.
