I have only played her in normals, which is generally around gold 5 level. I am currently a plat 3 supp main and honestly I like cass supp a lot. She fits the mold of like brand and annie. However I think her dmg pre 6 is much better and crazy. Any thoughts on her viableness in ranked in middle plat area?

what makes annie and brand viable as support is their stuns. cassio only has it post 6. worse than vel'koz, annie and brand.

My feeling is, she's more of a fuck you support. All she has is a slow and she doesn't deal burst, she deals DPS. So while the enemy focuses your ADC she has the time to deal the DPS and gets fed that way. Yes, she has her ult, which is great, but again, I think she's more of a fuck you type of support.
Just my feeling about it. Not to say it doesn't work and not to say having a fed Cass isn't good.
No, just go aggressive on her early and she is useless all game.
