Promo Series Pondering

I'm just going to make this short and sweet to try and explain my personal frustration with promo series. This being said I have already climbed from bronze 1 to Gold 2 this season, so I have been through many promo series. The frustrating aspect of this is that I have to win a game to get into my series. So say I'm at 90 lp. I need one win to get into my series. Now I have to win 2/3 of my games in my series. So this is what's frustrating to me. Now I have to win 3/4 games IN A ROW. The critical part is that to be promoted you need to win 75 percent of the series. Obviously over time the better players will rise, and I have climbed a lot. However, I don't think the promo series is very good at assessing skill, but rather you have to get on SOMEWHAT of a lucky win streak.

I'm not raging or pissed off at the system, I'm just saying it can be frustrating sometimes.
