Riot on Kindred.

So lately I been playing a lot of kindred because in my mind I was like "Oh I forgot about that champion, lets play her" Every game never felt like I had a big impact and the skill curve was really hard for little reward. I looks on the boards, videos, and champion.gg and saw that she was really under performing and most of her mains said that she was gutted and left her.

So RIOT here is my question. Where are the Kindred Buffs? Her nerf in 6.13 said that with the changes to her armor and the removed of her healing that it will be a lot more easier for you guys to balance and we can expect to see a strong but viable adc jungler. Well Kindred is a early game champion that relies on snowballing to be effective late game but how can she when she is considered one of the worst early game duelers by higher elos and pro players? She has a shit ton of counter play measures but with little reward if she actually pulls through. Her scaling is weak, her base damage is weak unless you somehow can get 12 stacks to then be impactful, and her base stats are weak.

Riot you got to explain why Kindred has not been touched when it is clear that she is super weak and you guys said your last nerfs would make it easier to balance her.
