IE increases crit damage by 50%. Randuins decreases crit damage by 10%. You're telling me you can nullify half the reason people build Randuins with one item. Oh wait, IE is built on EVERY ADC.

Remember back when Randuin's used to have CDR, health regen, a MS slow passive, AND built from Heart of Gold? Good times.
Even back then, ADCs were still dominant late game. Why Riot decided to nerf the item so much is beyond me, especially considering how much mobility is in the game now. I mean, Randuin's isn't even half as good as it used to be. They could at least give it back the health regen.
