I must be dumb or something but I DO NOT KNOW how these queues effect how the game is played. To me it is just a different way to queue up and has a different champ select screen. That is all I see someone please explain because I do not see any problem or advantages in either Queues other than in Dynamic I don't have to fear getting stuck being told what role I have to play.
Solo Q is where everyone Queues up as a solo player Dynamic Q is where you can Queue up with 1-5 people and cheeze the system boost and generaly have a advantage over solo players
New Champ Select is the ability to choose your role prior to Queueing - Completley seperate from size of group QueueIng together
Riot released them at the same time to obscure the data and confuse the playerbase so they can say "They love the new DQ" when really people just like the new champ select mostly

They don't. Dynamic queue just allows 1-5 people to queue together, like they can in normals, instead of being limited to 1-2 like it used to be.
Some people think that people who queue as groups have an unfair advantage, are hostile to the rest of their team that isn't part of the group, or both. These claims are heavily disputed. Personally I haven't observed either in my own games, although it's often hard to tell whether someone is queued as a group or not.
To me it is just a different way to queue up and has a different champ select screen.
Other people have already pointed this out, but technically that's not dynamic queue, it's a separate change done at the same time.
Some of the people who are complaining about dynamic queue would be fine with keeping the new champion select screen and queueing for roles and being assigned one by the game at the start of champion select, they just don't want anyone else queueing as a group (obviously they don't want to do it themselves either).
