Client Idea: Freeplay tokens

So Stonewall008 recently released a video on IP gating in league, the first part being about runes while the second focusing on champions and how they affect the new player experience. He brings up some great points in the video and I thing I have a partial solution to this, similar to aram rerolls a players account could gain points towards freeplay tokens by playing any matchmade game mode, maybe having a max of 3-5 just to prevent people from endlessly stacking them. They could then use these tokens to try out a champion that they don't own for one game per token, regardless of the champions IP/RP cost. This way new players can try out a champion to decide if they want to buy them or not. I own every champion, and there are a lot of them I want to suggest to friends because I think they will like them(or so they can see for themselves that Sona mid is not a counter to assassins), but they have no way of doing that without spending the IP/RP.
