The New Patch Notes Format Hurts My Eyes

Now, let me preface this by saying I have good eyesight. Not exactly perfect 20/20 but definitely good enough to use a computer, read a book, etc. But the new patch notes hurts my eyes. I think it has to do with the shades they use and the font sizes. You have champion/item/etc. icons as very large and very bright, next to another large bright heading with its name. Below that, you have slightly smaller, slightly darker flavor text. But underneath that, you have much smaller text, the joke bright as the flavor text, with the actual stats a darker grey. All of this on top of a dark navy blue background makes it very hard to read the stats. I hope this is just a minor oversight, Rito putting its 200+ years of dev experience to good use, but it honestly seems like Riot wants us to look at the patch notes less. Deemphasizing it in the client, making it harder to read, limiting direct player commentary on it...

The new pages also use a LOT more computer resources.

Sounds a lil bizzare but both PC and my phone's been screwing my eyesight and I don't know if I can blame only RIOT...

So, the game just got a little more difficult. So much happens before we even get into the lobby. Reading Patch Notes is now a gameplay element.

(I've always maintained that interpreting them is a gameplay element.)
