Dodging Ranked [Add Poll]

Hi guys, im silver, playing since long time ago 4 years + i never was a fan of Ranked games but since i have improved a lot, i suggested myself to go ahead and to play some ranked to reach gold.

Yesterday i dodged a game which someone were toxic in the lobby saying i troll, banning no champion and picking nunu mid etc i got 5 minute block timer and -3 LP.

Today i dodged a game which someone were toxic saying slurs, death threats to us and family i have a photo if you want to see and i got around -7 LP and 22 Minute block Timer.

Now i finally dodged a game which i got someone picking Ryze to zed and banning no champion in a Ranked game i got -10 LP !! and 30 minute block timer.

Should Dodging a Ranked game costs no LP? i find no reason to lose my LP for someone insulting me in the Lobby or being toxic before the game to start.

There is Block Timer Already why people should loses LP for dodging a game? Please Vote Thanks.
