I just feel as though Shen's dodge zone just doesn't last that long. That's about it.

I feel like he's taken a massive hit to his consistency due to the removal of his q. But he's received massive buffs to his mid and late game.

I think the spirit blade falls into the "totem" category, kinda like J4 flag or heimer towers

I still dont understand why you cant control the spirit blade with v like virtually every other summon...

ANd oriana's ball is easily controlled with abilities, hell it IS her abilities. Shens spirit sword is just clunky and badly designed; letting you control it autonomously of shen would make it an actual strategic tool.

Letting you control it freely would cause it to be stupidly powerful. Having it only go towards Shen makes it very strategic, making Shen have to position both himself and his sword correctly, and punishing him if he fucks it up.
