Anyone else felt we were over hyped for Ornn?
Idk I just felt a lot of high expectations were set and he came out feeling so weak and probably even nerfed before his release. I remember in the champ road map that was teasing Ornn (http://nexus.leagueoflegends.com/2017/07/champion-roadmap-july-2017/) ; they said "One of the key traits of a Vanguard is that they can choose when and where to start a fight. With that in mind, we wanted to make a new playmaking Vanguard that charged headfirst into tough situations and made the enemy team fight on their terms. We also really wanted to make a very self-reliant champion; " and that, . . . . that's not Ornn. His scalings are all over the place and it feels weird Q is from 100%ad W is his max health for the shield only e is armor and mr and r is AP like wut? Speaking about his skills. I love his passive its unique but it's a low tier bait and i don't think anyone actually uses the HUD.
His q lol I'll save that for last.
His w i really like no complaints with it or brittle.
His e is interesting and fun to try to use correctly for the knock up.
HIs ult feels like they came up with it right after Maokai's. Its a realy cool and definately unique but really telegraphed.
His q feels like hot garbage. I dont see the point the purpose of the pillar I assume would be for the E QThe delay is soooooo long i dont think the pillar is even worth having. The pillar could honestly be removed and i dont think it would change how this ability feels. If I do land the E Q combo i don't fel skilled, i feell like my enemies just weren't good or not trying. The pillar does nothing on its own and you can't even control where it's placed (its a fixed distance). At least have it do damage when it appears by an eruption or smn. It's sad that the troll king makes better pillars that the Demi-God of forging. Maybe if Trundle made the door Braum would be walking around without a shield.
