Random Skin Selection Feature

I have made this suggestion a while back (http://boards.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/gameplay-balance/EsnvNAAv-random-skin-selection), and it didn't get much attention, so I feel I'm going to reinstate my claim.

The whole purpose of adding a random skin selection is give players who own multiple skins for one champion a true dice-rolling feel when choosing skins. Whenever I play I am always stuck choosing a skin. I feel implementing a random skin selection feature would be a very positive addition for everyone who plays. This can be done by adding the option to just click on "random skin". Once in the loading screen you will have a random skin selected based of the number of skin OWNED. The icon for the option could be the icon for skin on the PBE that have yet to receive splashes.
