The 5.16 uproar

I've been playing league since june of last year, and I have never seen the community this upset about changes to the game. Granted there were worse changes before, but this is my first time experiencing this. The PBE cycle isn't remotely finished, now they are nerfing Viktor. Though it not being the biggest thing in my opinion compared to the bombing of tanks like they are Japan after WWII. I hope Riot sees the uproar the community is in and changes things. Skarner needs a real change... not a pebble that can give the enemy jungler free gold. True damage (cough and so on) is one of the few things I despise. It's like "Hey, let's give you no counter play... nope armor won't stop me". What I'm saying is, this could possibly be one on THE WORST patches in a long time. Let's hope things change before 5.16's release date.
