Give him a mana bar, remove the shield and remove his double crit chance. His Windwall now has a 60/55/50/45/40 cooldown with 50% being refunded if he absorbs an** ABILITY**. For his Assassin role, there would be a 1 second window after he knocks a target airborne where he auto-crits. There that would be balanced enough.
