what champions are there with combos?
I hear people talk about combos but that doesn't really make sense! When I hear combo I think of street fighter, besides riven is there anyone who has complicated combos?

Few off the top of my head, not to the same extent as Riven, but defiantly are combo based. and are probably closest to what you'd be looking for, being more difficult in terms of combos and having ways of tricking and out maneuvering people.
Combos aren't the only thing that make a champion complicated 
for example is very complicated but not combo reliant, LoL is nothing like Streetfighter so it's kind of hard to find champions like that, so maybe finding a complicated champion in general is more up your alley if you aren't a Ryze or Zed fan (few examples of complicated champions that are mechanically difficult but not combo based that I haven't mentioned already 
).
Has a (complicated?) combo.

Hit them with your ranged Auto Attack that shreds their Armor.

Hit them with a ranged E + Q

Activate ranged W but don't auto yet.

Activate your Ult and run through the E for movement speed to close the distance.

Activate your melee W.

Activate your melee Q to jump on them.

Hit them three times with your W enhanced melee auto attacks.

Smack them away with your melee E.

Repeat.
