Can you not tweak Shaco's JitB's with the assassin update?

Make JitB's capable of instantly CC'ing on placement. Why's this not the design in the first place?

Tons of champions have CC on demand, tons of champions have AoE CC on demand, tons of champions have AoE CC that do damage on demand.

There's no reason to backload EVERYTHING on the JitB.

Either frontload the CC or the damage, one or the other.

Riot wants shaco to be unplayable so shitters who can't play the game can stop complaining about his existence.
