Lissandra's Current state

Currently, Lissandra is a lane bully, along with the tons of CC she brings along with her to her battleground. The 3 second cooldown Ice Shard is very very dangerous... Along with her extremely scary ultimate. She will always always land 2 Q's when unleashing her full combo making it already +130% of her AP!! Not to mention her other abilities.... Don't get me wrong, I love Lissandra and played her for quite a while. It's reasonable that she should constantly put a safe distance from her enemy by the help of her Q since all her range are really short... But maybe it's a little bit too much? I just thought of an adjustment, and of course it's just a thought, but here it goes:

  • Passive: Every 15 seconds Lissandra's next ability costs no Mana
  • Ice Shard (Q) -Mana cost: 45/55/65/75/85 -Magic Damage: 60/95/120/155/190 -AP ratio: 55% -Ice Shard deals 10% less damage for each subsequent target hit down to a minimum of 90% damage done.
  • Ring of Frost (W) -Magic Damage: 90/125/160/195/230 -AP ratio: 40%
  • Glacial Path (E) -Glacial Path has potential to deal damage twice, first from the projectile, and the second from the AoE it deals around Lissandra when she teleports to her desired location and slows enemies around the radi- if she casts it twice. -On cast: 75/100/125/150/175 (+50% AP) -2nd cast: 50/75/100/125/150 (+45% AP) -AoE on 2nd cast: 400 radi -Slow: 20% (Decays over 1 seconds) -The projectile will move rapidly at first, but as it travels its projectile speed will massively decreases. Projectile speed on cast: 2000 and decays by half every 0.1 second as it travels. (Minimum projectile speed of 600)
  • I also think that this would be really neat because it can help Lissandra hop more distances in a short time of the projectile traveling, while in total, it takes more time to travel to its final destination than before, making it easier to react for enemies. In the Champion spotlight it does say that she is a "nimble high utility mage", thus this can really help reach her goal when it comes to short casts of E to hop some distances in a blink, but requires more time for it to reach its full distance- giving a longer heads up for the enemies to see.
  • Frozen Tomb (R) -Magic Damage: 150/225/300 -The new adjustment to the passive and mana cost of Ice Shard should help Lissandra constantly keep pressure to her enemies as the Champion Spotlight introduces her to be. -However, Ice Shard should deal much less damage than before, whilst her Glacial path gives her a more nimbleness for hopping short distances, while longer in total to reach its destination. It gives longer time for enemy champions to react, and those that do not pay attention or do not care are simply in the hands of Lissandra, thus the slow added to Glacial Path. -Lissandra's Frozen Tomb (R)'s late ranking damage is reduced simply because it does tremendous amounts of damage while giving so much utility and CC to her team. Again, this is my opinion. Your thoughts?
