For months the post reads nerf this champ, buff this champ, nerf this item, buff this item. It is a Jerry Springer show. So if a option was laid out with one option which is it. Buff champs to original state? Or.... Buff items to original state?

Sense we all can't agree to disagree, which one best suits the community and the grinding on the post? Buff champs or items?

Umm... neither?
Since there are ebbs and flows to the meta there are buffs and nerfs of champs/items.
