Possible Scripter?
Was playing a game against a ziggs mid, you can check his build in the match history, who happened to hit me with a 3486 damage auto attack. Seems pretty legit.

EndlessSorcerer1 votesFull AP + Lichbane + Passive hurts like heck. Especially when you have little MR or health items.
Also, the death recap accumulates damage from the same source. You likely took several Lich-bane enchanced autoattacks and it just grouped them together.
Also, looking at your items I don't believe you even had 3486 health. You'd likely be closer to 2000 to 2500.
