There Shouldn't be the Option to Surrender in Solo Queue

I am SO done with one toxic player on my team feeding, flaming, and then /ff'ing at 20 when I can easily 1v5 their team. I don't understand why I should lose LP because my team wants to surrender, at least give me the chance to "Solo" the game. I might lose lane, but I thrive in the late game and will win the game if drawn out. For anyone who brings up the classic "Well you're wasting my time" or "If they don't want to win the game, you won't win", first off, they shouldn't be in ranked if they aren't willing to play to win, and second of all, losses will detriment **MY LP **, so in surrendering, they are intentionally harming a player that doesn't and not getting punished for it.
