TFT In-Game Bugs

So out of all my games, I can't but notice that no matter where you put the adc's on the map, they will focus the living hell out of the tanks everytime. How do I get around this? Also, the champion confusion they experience after CC about who to target is too long and only lengthens the CC they were hit by.
