The Trolls Have Won in the OCE Servers

I seriously can't be the only one to think that the trolls have won and own this game.

I just played 3 different games back to back, where each game, a different player has flamed me because I got their other account banned. They then proceeded to make the games as long and as damn difficult as possible.

It is a super harsh measure, but is it possible to IP ban certain players who are proven toxic players and trolls? Yes, sure Riot can ban their accounts, but it is more than easy enough to just simply create another account and ruin players games all over again.

Also, Riot needs to actually make the AFK punishments something worth fearing, (when I say AFK. I genuinely mean people who have chosen to go away from the keyboard rather than play instead of disconnecting).

On a side note: If someone goes 0/8 before 20 mins and wants to surrender, are you in the bad? The argument being that the game is a waste of time for them. However on the other side, just because they lost the early-mid game, doesn't mean you lose the game over all. Discuss.

The trolls have always won. The automated system can't do anything about them.

I agree, we really need a TRUE punishment for Ragequit.

Here 2 ragequits in this week: https://i.gyazo.com/a41df4007951db11c457cece7119f751.png They quit right after being killed.

It's not "super harsh".

The word you are looking for is technically impossible.

You cannot "IP Ban" people. Why? Because most people don't get a static IP from their ISP. Every few hours, you get a new lease, and your endpoint has a fresh IP address. Also, consider student dormitories and similar instances where a lot of people are sitting behind a single IP address.

And to shoot the 2 most common responses to this statement as well: "MAC bans" are useless, because a MAC adr. can easily be spoofed, and "hardware checksum bans" are a) easily to circumvent, and b) collecting the data required to do that, is illegal in most countries anyway.
