riven is never 'struggling' she's a champ that is always strong no matter what.

That explains her <50% winrate and the top lane meta being dominated by her counters. She has one of the lowest ban rates of all the champions, along with a pretty lack-luster average kda. What source did you use to say that she isn't struggling?

I'm no fan of Riven (except for her skins...) but even I have to admit that she's not an issue in the current meta.

It's nice that she's out of the meta every once in awhile, but she's to the point of struggling...
