Sooo, the way to counter Rek'Sai burrowed is to stand still
From what I understand in the video, Rek'Sai only gained vision if the targets are moving?

they fixed that, it doesn't block talon's entire ult anymore, just the blades that touch it.

if it is only walking it destroys low mobility champions as usual.
but if it applies to skills it makes it a little more interesting.

So in a teamfight scenario, you already know where they are, so not moving pretty much means they are still there. Not much of a counter.
It would be good for ambushing her though, but that would most likely be too situational.
