Quinn with Glacial augment?

This was a build I recently tested out and went well for my match ups that you may be facing yourself I went with it against a Jax top and Cass Mid and the lane was mostly in my favor My runes were Glacial Augment of course, slightly Magical boots, Approach velocity, and Biscuit Delivery(optional)

My 2nd option for my preference was Domination with Ingenious Hunter for active items and either cheap shot or sudden Impact

Flash and ignite for Summs

I rush a bork, then go into phantom dancer, boots based on matchup and the rest is situational, I've had an easy time kiting these popular match ups and it could help you if you need some idea on how to deal with the champs

EDIT: Great with early game jglers who want to gank a lot
