Hybrid Jax too OP?

, at about 15 minutes into the game I was 12/3, and the was 1/8 and was 2/4. I was 90% sure I would win that game, until got

. Which ruined the WHOLE game. got a 1 vs 5 triple, 3 shot most of us. We all built armor and magic res, but didn't give a single crap, he just went full in on all of us and the game was over.
I think and other champions that builds hybrid or hybrid items like and should be nerfed (especially 
)
