So many AFKs....

Since there are so many afk players in game I have a suggestion for it (especially in ranked).

Suggestion 1: The team that has the afk player should not lose the full amount of LP and the player that afk gets 2 times more LP loss. Suggestion 2: The player should get a wait timer/leaver buster depending on how long they afked or what level they afked at compared to the other team mates. (Example. lvl 1 afk to lvl 18 team mates: 1h or temporarily ban for 1 day or so) Suggestion 3: If this isnt a thing even if the team with afk wins the afk player does not get the LP so 0 LP instead of 18-25.
