A friends list. Is it important to winning
If self improvement is key, then having any friends at all is not worth it? Not downing anyone, just stating another fact.

eh, i think it is because it make the game more enjoyable. If you know someone, you are less likely to rage at their mistakes or your own. It makes it enjoable, and when something is enjoyable you learn better because you have fun doing it :D
The important to winning is having a list of friends or even acquaintances that has the same mindset as you have-competitive and the urge to win.
You can have a friends list with those friends only have mindsets of casual players.
