Useful addition to Tiamat

Allow to be toggled on and off because sometimes you're playing a champion where is on your build path but you still want to freeze the wave to deny the enemy laner. This wont hurt anyone. Its a simple passive that can be turned on or off similar to the pre-reworked Aatrox W. I'm sure a suggestion like this has been proposed before? Any top lane main with me?

How do you toggle it exactly when pressing the item button means activating it ?

Also sometimes you may try to cs under the enemy turret and if the tiamat proc hits an enemy champion, it draws turret aggro which is a pain in the ass
