how do i leave my competitive clash team

i made one out of curiosity but i want to join my friend's, but i don't see a "leave" button, can someone help?

My X button is there, but I cant click it.

When you are on the team selection screen with all the people or just yourself click the x button on the middle of the bottom and it should ask if you want to leave the group or not
