Nimbus Cloak Bug
I'm not sure if this bug happens to the other champions but every time i take Nimbus Cloak on Ahri it would randomly give me the movement speed from time to time, even when my ult is down. It happens quite often too.

Same! It happened to me while I was playing Nocturne jungle. I remember it when I was doing rift herald then all of a sudden I got a boost of movement speed from nimbus. It was weird.
It has happened to me too several times on Ahri as well. Nimbus comes off cooldown while ult is way into its cd and activates then.
