Regarding new Maokai ultimate.

What a fucking shitty replacement this is. You can't hit ANYONE unless you throw it point blank. It moves at the speed of a champion withered by Nasus, does no damage, and rarely ever roots a target due to its slow as hell speed. Maokais Q also does no damage it feels like. The only good thing from this rework was the sapling changes. Everything else can go to hell as far as I'm concerned. You've also ruined Zac, as I've seen from the general consensus. Why was Zac even selected for an update? That alone blows my mind. I just beg that riot fixes maokais ultimate. It's so bad...

I actually believe maokai was one of the better reworks. Zac is idk right now, hes either gonna need buffing or some more changes Sej is busted af(hotfix a day after busted) (get creative with your ults. Ult from fog of war into lane or over walls that people cant see for an easier root)

His ult is defensive, not offensive. Ult at the back of the team fight and the enemy front line has to go through it to get to your carries. It's like an advancing Azir wall.

It's a great ultimate.

Use it from unpredictable angles, the fog of war, against CC'd champs, or when they're boxed up like in the dragon pit.

It also makes a fantastic zoning tool.
